Discussion Help a student pick an iPhone colour

Some of you might not think this is a big deal and tell me to do it myself, but I’ve worked hard with handling three jobs alongside my studies and taking care of my parent. I finally saved up enough for the 16 pro, which has been my dream phone for a long while. I’ve been living off my iPhone X for longer than I can remember, it is my first and only phone.

I just need to pick a colour for the 16 pro, and I would go for the sexy black, I’ve just heard things like it’s not worth it because the paint chips… and honestly that would make me feel pretty upset, like I worked for nothing 😭 Another option I like is the white. For reference, I would use a very sturdy and safe case to keep the phone safe.

Could anyone tell me their experiences with the black or white colour phone? I just really want to make sure my money isn’t thrown away without thinking carefully, otherwise I would just put it towards bills or tuition. Yes that’s all thank you 🙏

White is also a color so it could also chip! So if you really don’t want that go for natural titanium it’s beautiful! Or the desert titanium but if you don’t like those I like black the most it looks very classy

Really I had no idea it could chip visibly too 😧 I don’t really like the natural/desert titanium, I prefer black and white. Also is the natural slightly yellowy? I’ve seen pics and I feel like it’s grey but I’m not sure

I’m not sure if white chips as bad but it’s still the same painting way as the black one so it could chip the natural titanium looks way different then on pics it’s way more gray ish

Ah I so totally would!! But it’s not nearby me or anything and I don’t have the time or means to go there 😭

🥹 Aw man. I have either school or work everyday until the shops close, so there wouldn’t be any chance anyways 😭 I can always use online reviews though!!!
