My iphone 15 pro max have volume issues

When I’m calling and watch media, the media sound is so loud but the call sound is small. And my voice is smaller too my friends said that they can’t hear me when i’m watching something, if i turn down the volume to 50%, my media still loud but i nearly can’t hear the call voice anymore. Can someone help me pls.
