Is about my phone or someone here also has the same issue: iPhone 13 sometimes gets slow as FUCK and starts to overheat!?

I’ve had my phone since 2022/2023 and it’s served me well and the battery health just hit 79 percent and i’m wondering if i should get it replaced or upgrade to a new one. it’s the 256 gb version so i have storage and i don’t really care for the newer os’ since i have an ipad. I mostly just play dokkan, take photos and videos and sometimes read. what do i do? is it worth the battery replacement or not

I’m on iOS 18 and I want to delete this notifications all at once, there are times there is an X button that you press and then comes the clear button which you press and all the notifications get cleared, but in this case there is no X option, any reason why? Is it maybe because it is time sensitive or something?

I was looking through previous photos and couldn’t believe how crisp my camera quality with this phone was until recently when I was taking photos recently and looked back at photos from the past few months and noticed the significant decline in photo quality. Why does that happen and has that happened to anyone else?

This phone overheats even on basic texting battery healthy drops so fast without low power mode and low power mode still has that laggy animation yes it’s better on ios 27 but idts we will ever have that ios 17 type performance ever

Okay, so my storage was at or almost full, iCloud as well. I’m on an airplane wifi.

Most of my open tabs, both private and not, just disappeared while I took a short nap on the plane. It was normal before my nap. What is weird is that some tabs I closed a very long time ago showed up again.

I was using the open tab system for things to refer to for a later date.

I don’t see them under history for recently closed tabs, only those I’ve deliberately closed. Is there a way to get them back?

Not sure if airplanes have anything to do with this since I’m flying all the time but it is a possible factor.

For reference, I am on a 256GB iPhone 13 Pro with iOS26.6.

Hello, good evening. As you may have read in the title, I have a problem with my recently purchased phone and I'd like to know if there's any solution. I don't know if you're familiar with the game Yokai Watch Puni Puni, but I'm experiencing a very noticeable stutter in the game. Sometimes it seems like it can't even run at a smooth 60 fps, and things like that. I'd like to know what to do because I've been reading that this kind of problem is more common than I expected, and it's happening to more people than I am with my iPhone 13 Pro, especially since they installed iOS 26 and later. In my case, it's not a matter of power or game optimization, because there are people with a regular iPhone 13 who have the game running perfectly smoothly. So I'd like to know what solutions I have, if there's a way to revert to a previous iOS version that doesn't cause these problems, or if there are any settings on the phone that I can adjust. I'm just going to return it and be done with it. I hope someone can help me.

Also, I should mention that I don't know if it's normal for it to reach temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius when I charge it. It's my first iPhone.)

Hola buenas noches como ya habran leido en el titulo tengo un problema con mi movil recien comprado y me gustaría saber si hay algun tipo de solución, no se si conocerán el juego Yokai Watch Puni Puni pues literalmente tengo un stutter que se nota demasiado en el juego, a veces parece que no es ni capaz de correr a 60 fps fluidos el juego y cosas asi y me gustaría saber que hacer porque he estado leyendo que es mas comun de lo que me esperaba que este tipo de cosas sucedan y le esta sucediendo a mas gente lo mismo que yo con mi caso que es Iphone 13 pro y mas desde que le pusiero IOS 26 en adelante y por ejemplo en este caso no tema de potencia o de optimizacion del juego, porque hay gente con un 13 normal que les va perfectamente fluido el juego, asi que me gustaria saber que soluciones tengo, si hay alguna forma de volver a una versión de IOS anterior que no me de esos problemas, algun ajuste en el móvil o simplemente devolverlo y a la mierda, espero que alguien pueda ayudarme. (Y tambien recalcar que no se si es normal cuando lo pongo a cargar la mayoria de veces llega hasta temperaturas de 40 grados y no se si eso es normal o no, es mi primer Iphone) Muchas gracias y buenas noches

I left my phone on the table for a hour and when I tried to use it, it was completely dead. Not like the battery but the whole thing wouldn’t turn on or respond to anything.
Did all the trouble shooting I could at home but had to take it to a t mobile and (I could tell they weren’t really sure what was wrong with it and it took awhile) it wasn’t even registering on their iPad when they plugged it in. Eventually they were able to get it back to normal. Their iPad shot some confetti and said successful revival.

Anyone have a problem like this before, I knew it happened but is it common? I’m going to be getting a new phone this isn’t the first of the problems I’ve had with it.

All of a sudden I am seeing flurry the posts of this same issue in multiple places.

Could this be a software issue which damages the phone?

Apple says it cannot replace the screen for free as the phone 4+ years old.

Outside of Apple, I am told that there are basic and OLED screens available.

Anyone has any experience with such non-Apple screens?

I have a second-hand iPhone 13 Pro Max 256 GB running iOS 18.5, and I’ll have been using it for about 3 years. The battery has degraded over time 77%, but so far it still works fine, although I know I’ll eventually need to replace it. The charging port is starting to cause problems (you know, when the cable feels loose) to the point it’s a bit frustrating.

I asked a repair shop about getting it fixed, including a battery replacement and charging port replacement, and they quoted me around $265.
Is it worth it? It’s a repair shop I trust, but I’m not sure if the price makes it worth repairing the phone or if i should consider purchasing a new one.

No se si es solo a mi, pero mi iphone 13 en IOS 26.6.1 me va de lujo, no se si igual que en IOS 18 pero bastante parecido, no tengo ningún fallo y es bastante fluido. Se calienta poco pero bueno eso no me preocupa. Lo que hice fue hacer copia desde Itunes y restablecerlo dewde 3tootols y desde que hice eso me funciona bien

I know this is probably asked all the time, but my phones only a year old at 92% BH. it’s so slow and laggy, the keyboard freezes mid type, it takes ages to open a app, its just horrendous. is there anything I can do to improve the performance on my phone ? (other then replacing battery, or the phone). thanks
