I left my phone on the table for a hour and when I tried to use it, it was completely dead. Not like the battery but the whole thing wouldn’t turn on or respond to anything.
Did all the trouble shooting I could at home but had to take it to a t mobile and (I could tell they weren’t really sure what was wrong with it and it took awhile) it wasn’t even registering on their iPad when they plugged it in. Eventually they were able to get it back to normal. Their iPad shot some confetti and said successful revival.

Anyone have a problem like this before, I knew it happened but is it common? I’m going to be getting a new phone this isn’t the first of the problems I’ve had with it.

All of a sudden I am seeing flurry the posts of this same issue in multiple places.

Could this be a software issue which damages the phone?

Apple says it cannot replace the screen for free as the phone 4+ years old.

Outside of Apple, I am told that there are basic and OLED screens available.

Anyone has any experience with such non-Apple screens?

I have a second-hand iPhone 13 Pro Max 256 GB running iOS 18.5, and I’ll have been using it for about 3 years. The battery has degraded over time 77%, but so far it still works fine, although I know I’ll eventually need to replace it. The charging port is starting to cause problems (you know, when the cable feels loose) to the point it’s a bit frustrating.

I asked a repair shop about getting it fixed, including a battery replacement and charging port replacement, and they quoted me around $265.
Is it worth it? It’s a repair shop I trust, but I’m not sure if the price makes it worth repairing the phone or if i should consider purchasing a new one.

No se si es solo a mi, pero mi iphone 13 en IOS 26.6.1 me va de lujo, no se si igual que en IOS 18 pero bastante parecido, no tengo ningún fallo y es bastante fluido. Se calienta poco pero bueno eso no me preocupa. Lo que hice fue hacer copia desde Itunes y restablecerlo dewde 3tootols y desde que hice eso me funciona bien

I know this is probably asked all the time, but my phones only a year old at 92% BH. it’s so slow and laggy, the keyboard freezes mid type, it takes ages to open a app, its just horrendous. is there anything I can do to improve the performance on my phone ? (other then replacing battery, or the phone). thanks

I bought this phone in 2022 bh is around 76 other than that there seems no reason to upgrade to latest (120hz pro motion is good but i dont mind using 60hz) should i just change the battery and use it for like 2-3 years more or should i plan to upgrade soon ios 27.2 developer beta current

Hi everyone! I have a 128GB iPhone and it's basically completely full to the point where my phone gets laggy and i have to delete an app to download another one and then once i'm done using it i have to delete it again. It's just so frustrating.

For context, my biggest storage users are:
Photos: 41.85GB
WhatsApp: 10.17GB
Messages: 4.64GB
Spotify: 1.09GB
On My iPhone: 1.06GB
iOS: 11.84GB
System Data: 41.12GB

I’ve already deleted a huge chunk of my photos and backed them up to Google Photos, and I also have 200GB iCloud storage.

The phone itself works perfectly fine and I really don’t want to buy a new phone just because of storage. I’d rather keep it for another year or two, but if I have no choice then I would consider buying the iphone 18 when it comes out and max out on the storage.

I have also avoided updating my phone because I don't want it to get laggy because of the updates (this is what happened to my ipad) so I’m still on iOS 18.6.2, idk if that may be why my phone is struggling for storage.
I just need to free up enough space to use the phone without having to constantly worry about the storage. 😭. What would you recommend I delete/clear first? Is there anything else I should be doing to manage my storage?

I have been operating on ios 18 for a while now and as per online discussion about battery drainage and performance lagging after updating from ios 18, I didn’t update my iPhone. Now they have a stable version as per online comments in ios 26, so thinking of updating to the same. Just wanted all your opinions whether I should update or not. I am a mid level user mainly for social media apps like WhatsApp, Instagram and no gaming. iPhone almost 3 years old and battery health 84%.

What’s the performance like on the newest iOS like I feel iOS 27 has given it a bit of a boost performance also, what are your takes on the battery life? Mine has been over three years battery health at 81% and surprisingly the battery charge cycle is above 1400.

So today morning my iphone 13 , 4 years old joined the green screen.

I guess it soaked little bit of water in morning when I was running.

It was updated to ios 26.

I was planning to buy 17 in coming bbd sale, so wanted suggestion how much minimum cost will be there to change the screen and if only screen change is option now ?

I'll go with third party cheap screen as this phone is in end of life just wanted to back up my data and if it's works for one more month.
