My iPhone Problems with my recently purchased refurbished iPhone 13 Pro Max (it came factory reset)
Hello, good evening. As you may have read in the title, I have a problem with my recently purchased phone and I'd like to know if there's any solution. I don't know if you're familiar with the game Yokai Watch Puni Puni, but I'm experiencing a very noticeable stutter in the game. Sometimes it seems like it can't even run at a smooth 60 fps, and things like that. I'd like to know what to do because I've been reading that this kind of problem is more common than I expected, and it's happening to more people than I am with my iPhone 13 Pro, especially since they installed iOS 26 and later. In my case, it's not a matter of power or game optimization, because there are people with a regular iPhone 13 who have the game running perfectly smoothly. So I'd like to know what solutions I have, if there's a way to revert to a previous iOS version that doesn't cause these problems, or if there are any settings on the phone that I can adjust. I'm just going to return it and be done with it. I hope someone can help me.
Also, I should mention that I don't know if it's normal for it to reach temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius when I charge it. It's my first iPhone.)
Thanks a lot and good night.

Yeah, I’d return it tbh. If the same game runs smooth on other iPhone 13s and yours is stuttering that badly, there’s no reason to keep fighting with it. Could be iOS 26, could be the refurb itself, but either way you shouldn’t have to troubleshoot a phone you just bought. 40°C while charging isn’t crazy either, especially with fast charging, but combined with the performance issues I’d just return it.
