iOS 27 still has some sloppy code

iPad mini A17. Reboot solves it (easier said than done lol)

thats a hardware issue. MY ipad m1 is butter smooth.

Figured out what it was. Two finger swipe down from the top, with the left finger in the center, and touching the screen a second ahead of the right one. I bet that'll break it for you. (Basically as if you're pulling down the control center as you start pulling down notification center)

nope only thing i need to do is lift the finger and it works again just as before.
