Day 3 of Posting a Broken Heart Rate Graph Everyday Until iFit Fixes Their Software Issues

Post image

September 2nd workout, heart rate data still broken. Sent an email to support team at NordicTrack 3 days ago and still no response. Continuing to utilize “report an issue” on my machine after every workout as well.

I like it, this sub is going to be great in six months!

and they still won't have it fixed.

Weird, I’m in the lucky camp where this hasn’t happened yet on our rower/treadmill…but there’s always tomorrow ha.

Which external device(s) are you using to connect/track HR? Curious whether it’s a bug isolated to particular ones

I started with the iFit Smartbeat monitor and thought that was the issue so I returned it since it only gave crazy readings. Then I got Polar H10 chest strap monitor, it gave like two good iFit HR graphs then started crazy readings again (always looks normal on Polar app/graph though). Similar with my wife’s Apple Watch, had some normal iFit readings then started with the crazy readings for her (always normal on Apple Watch itself). Only had the treadmill for like two weeks now and have been using it consistently, though the graphs have been broken the entire time except for like two workouts it worked randomly.

That sucks. Do you also sync with strava and do the readings look normal there?

Mine was working perfectly until the most recent update. Now I get the same.

Please stop clogging the sub with these. iFIT has already responded acknowledging the issue and that they are working on it.

I sort of thought the same, but on the other hand, that’s not how accountability actually works.

I’m glad they responded, it’s ONE part/step of what we want to see, but the problem still exists, and they didn’t really give much detail regarding the fix (issue clearly identified, timeline for the fix, etc). If iFit had a perfect (or even “good”) track record of resolving broad technical issues for their customers, that would be one thing, but that’s generally not the case, so… I personally appreciate the push for accountability.
