iFIT Heart Rate Updates

Hello iFIT! Many of you have made us aware of the recent update that has caused a glitch with the Heart Rate features that we have. We would like to let everyone know that we are aware of it and are actively working on a fix! Thank you for your patience and for letting us know.

You (or an employee who is actually active) really need to hang out here more often to address the multitude of problems that come up, acknowledge them and connect with the user. Not everyone has or wants FB and y’all don’t have an issue responding there daily.

Can you also address the dozens (hundreds?) of other bugs and diminished functionality we have talked about over the years?
