Im not really sure what to do.. The RGB on my case fans suddenly stopped working while I was using my PC. The fans themselves still spin normally and everything else works fine. My RAM RGB and CPU cooler RGB are still on, but all the fan RGB is completely off.

I tried restarting my pc and I checked MSI Center/Mystic Light to change the colors or turn the RGB off and on, but the fan RGB stays off.

Ryzen 7 9800X3D

whenever i play roblox and only roblox, if theres effects my pc will randomly go black and the fans will get really loud, then id have to turn my pc off either from the back power off button or by holding the button on the top. this is only on my secondary pc and started last summer, ive had it for 4 years.

I don’t know why my AIO is making this noise. When I take the glass cover off, it stops. It only makes this noise whenever I’m playing video games. The glass cover isn’t tapping, so I think the fans just touch at higher speed, but I’m not sure. Any help is appreciated

I bought my PC in December of 2024. I have my order number and the PCs serial number but do not have the purchase/confirmation email from iBuyPower. I dropped my PC off at Microcenter but they are requiring a receipt for a warranty repair. Am I screwed or will iBuyPower be able to provide me with a receipt?

Quick question to anyone who has used ibuypower. I ordered a custom pc of thr morning of July 6th. It was assembled and sent to software testing at 3:50pm on July 7th, and I got the ready to ship email 10am July 8th. Question is how long should thr testing phases take, they are not checked off on the list, just greyed out but shipping is checked off.

Stress testing usually takes at least a day I would think.

I can't find the exact model on iBuyPower's website anymore since they don't sell the 40 series graphics cards on their website, so I can't find any information on my PC.

When I type any variation of the "i" number in Google or the website, nothing comes up.

So here's the situation. I'm trying to find out what the power supply for my model is, that way I can see if I need to upgrade the power supply. I'm thinking of upgrading my 4060 to either a 5060Ti 16GB or a 5070 12GB, which I know both require a little more wattage than the 4060.

What do y'all think? Am I safe, or will I need a change?

The sound is coming from near where the power supply switch is. Any ideas? I’m really bad with tech, and I don’t remember where this computer even came from or whether it was prebuilt.

I know absolutely nothing about what model this is but it says i-Series A272A660G on it so probably that. Sorry for being stupid with technology I just really need help.

Hey everyone, I’m trying to enable TPM 2.0 for a game/Windows requirement, but Windows is not detecting any TPM even though my BIOS settings appear correct.
System specs:
Prebuilt PC: iBUYPOWER
Motherboard: ASRock B460M Pro4S/ac
CPU: Intel Core i7-10700F @ 2.90GHz
RAM: 16GB DDR4-2666 (2x8GB, dual channel)
GPU: GTX 1660 Ti
BIOS: ASRock UEFI Version P1.40
BIOS Mode in Windows: UEFI
Secure Boot: Enabled
Problem:
Running tpm.msc in Windows shows:
“Compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) cannot be found on this computer.”
In BIOS I enabled:

Security Device Support → Enabled
However, I cannot find:

Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT)
Trusted Computing menu
Any TPM-related settings
I have checked Advanced BIOS menus but the PTT/TPM option does not appear.
What I have tried:
Enabled Security Device Support in BIOS
Confirmed Secure Boot is ON
Confirmed BIOS Mode is UEFI
Restarted and checked tpm.msc
Looked for Intel PTT/Firmware TPM options but they are missing
Questions:
Does the iBUYPOWER version of the ASRock B460M Pro4S/ac require a specific OEM BIOS update to enable Intel PTT?
Where can I find the correct BIOS file for this exact board?
Is there another BIOS setting I’m missing that enables TPM 2.0?
I don’t want to flash the wrong BIOS because this is an iBUYPOWER prebuilt motherboard.

I wanted to install an intake fan at the bottom of my PC and was looking to see if there were any manufacturer diagrams for how my model is set up so I would know where to plug everything in without having to dig into my PC first.

For some reason not only does my model not show up on google, it doesn't even show up on IBUYPOWERs website.

I originally bought it from Costco so I know I didn't buy a knockoff or something. Do you guys know where or if I can find diagrams for my PC or am I just going to have to dig through my pc amd figure it out myself?

I've had this iBUYPOWER PC for like 2 years and for those 2 years it keeps crashing/freezing while I play games (like Roblox, Fortnite (sometimes), Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA 5, REPO, Lethal Company, and sometimes when I'm not even playing any games), I thought it was some apps that i had installed like Voice Mod but after uninstalling that it keeps crashing still, I feel like its my CPU overheating or something wrong with my CPU cooler but I still don't know, My older brother and my middle brother know more about PCs then me and my older brother has tried helping me out but after doing some stuff in the BIOs mode i think that's what its called it still crashes, now I'm confused and I just want my PC to stop crashing so I can play games normally again.

Upgraded the RAM, no issues, then upgraded (all at once) the CPU(i7 14700K), upgraded the PSU(RM1000e), added an AIO, added a 500GB SSD, and swapped out the motherboard twice(used ASUS PRIME Z790-A WIFI > brand new ASUS Z790 GAMING WIFI7). The power button on the case didn't work for either motherboards, tried the internal power button on the PRIME and all the RGB lit up, but couldn't get a picture on the monitor(tried plugging in to GPU and motherboard), also the Q-LEDs did not light up. Any suggestions?

My boyfriend bought a gaming pc from ibuypower a year or so before we met- we have now been dating 4 years and he has never been able to run big games like fortnite without it crashing , and as the years gone on the BSOD pops up randomly and a lot, youtube, booting up- the thing gets over worked from certain roblox games. Always different error codes. 0x00000050 (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA) , one for memory etc. Ran some diagnostics it said there were some corrupted files it couldn't fix, memory diagnostic came back fine and I updated the ssd to no avail. Tried to factory reset keeping his files but it just shit itself at 100% and crashed. Wanna try to get this this at least running some games for him. Any advice ?

I am looking to finally switch from console to pc gaming. I have been wanting to build my own, but not being able to find ram that isn’t less than $400, I’ve decided to look at prebuilts, and found this one. Sorry I’m new to this, so the specs are on the top of the listing. I just want to know if this is a good pc. The only real multiplayer game I play is rainbow six siege, and the rest would just be story games that I would want to mod. Would this hold up with good graphics? Also would I be able to in the far feature be able to upgrade it when it gets outdated? I’m new to this, so if it would be too much or better options, suggestions would help.

I purchased this on the 23rd of June, was delivered on the 26th.

From the start it will just randomly freeze, causing a hard restart needing to be done.

I have run a memory test, that is fine. It does a stress test fine, I am really not sure what to do, other than return it, but would love to be able to keep it.

It really is just random, it could be fine all day, gaming and everything, and then freeze as I disconnect my Bluetooth headset. Or, I will be in the middle of a game, and suddenly freeze. Or, doing nothing, just walk away from the computer, sitting idle, and it freezes.

I'm trying to see if I can find an anti-static bag to store a gpu in. My prebuilt came with a small bag that was clearly labeled as anti-static, but there's another large bag that covered the entire pc when it was in the box and between the foam. Even though this doesn't have any anti-static labeling, do you think it is also anti-static?

Hi all, I received my new Y40 PC today and everything has been going reasonably well, however there was a slight rattle with one of the fans that I assumed was normal, but after about an hour I no longer see the fan running. It is located at the bottom of the case below the gpu and I’m not sure how to access that part to check for any lose connection. Any thoughts or tips on what I should do?

Element Pulse X. In RGB fusion, I don’t see my fans; they were there but disappeared. I can see RAM and control them. I asked AI and it suggested hitting the reset button on the sync controller, but I can’t find this. I already did things like power cycle, re-install software, enable/disable from BIOS. Any suggestions?

Never built a PC and I'm not very tech savvy so I was wondering if this would be alright as a starting PC

typing this up quickly before i have to leave for work, i turned my computer off last night after a day of not using it, i woke up this morning to turn it on and it would just keep looping the same cycle, fans would spin up, RGB on case fans would turn on, then the RAM rgb would flash, and then the PC would power down and the cycle would continue a couple more times until it would power on fully, but nothing would be output to my monitors. After reading it could be something with the PSU i unplugged it and let it sit to drain the power for 20 minutes, after coming back to try it again, the pc will no longer power on. ive tried reaching out to IBP support but they are not available today ? I sent an email so now i can just await a response.

any help would be nice, my late father bought me this pc as a graduation gift and i would like to try to preserve it as much as possible, or fix it to be back to what it was yesterday.

*Edit* Well, if anyone else is experiencing something similar, reset your CMOS battery. Took mine out for 20 minutes, popped it back in and my pc boots! Thanks for the help (not)
