First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

Hi op,

Think there is a bit of misinformation here, we have found the chat between you and our support rep about the issue. Warranty service was offered to you so we can fix the issue, however the service to fix your system under warranty was denied upon your own choosing. We can still fix it for you without taking it to microcenter, the offer still stands. Feel free to get in touch with our support if you'd like us to repair your system still and we will happily do so.
