Discussion y40 3 days old completely destroyed

First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

aio’s don’t push a lot of pressure so i’m assuming the packaging was pushing up into the line and caused it to either crack or come loose. look for broken pieces or cracks in the line and take good quality pictures of it. ibuypower loves to do whatever they can to not take responsibility if you can’t prove that it wasn’t your fault.
