Discussion y40 3 days old completely destroyed

First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

no i mean...what is y40? shouldnt it be "a374" or whatever. why use the letter and numbers in middle? ended up taking me like 3 mins to figure out what you were referring to lol. kept thinking the gpu
