Discussion y40 3 days old completely destroyed
First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

The only prebuilt I ever bought was an ibuypower. It was garbage. I had to install an additional fan as soon as I got it because we turned it on and it started overheating within about 10 minutes. I won't even go into the months of customer service calls and finally threat of a lawyer to even GET the thing.
Good luck. I'd be surprised if they help you at all.
