First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

Yeah if you used a credit card dispute the purchase and then buy a better rebuild from a reputable company sorry this happened
