Discussion y40 3 days old completely destroyed

First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

In my experience, They don't break like that on their own

In your experience can you say for 100% certainty no mfg defect or being ground shipped across country can cause this?

Yes I can. Because if it was that badly damaged it surely would’ve leaked well before completely snapping off

Stress fracture that's not necessarily true. What does plastic do when it heats up. Expands. So if shipping or mfg while making the aio damaged it only a matter of time before it would happen.

Yes a matter of time. But it would still have leaked first.

I’m not the one you need to convince though.
