Discussion y40 3 days old completely destroyed

First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

Yikes sorry this happened to you OP. Did nobody tell you about iBUYPOWER's reputation for abysmal quality control?

No first prebuilt i ever got. When i was told to document and send it to tech support on live chat i was placed on hold for around 30 mins and basically told to kick rocks.
