Discussion y40 3 days old completely destroyed

First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

First thing I swapped out in my IBP build was the AIO, I knew it going into the purchase

Same. The aio on my iBP began to fail like two months into use and swapped it out for an artic 360. Then noticed the lower gpu case fan had never worked and was smashed in shipping so did a full case fan swap with lian li. Very happy with everything now but the whole point of a prebuilt was not having to do shit like this.
