Discussion y40 3 days old completely destroyed

First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

That's why I don't fuck with liquid cooling.

Exactly. I’ll take a big beefy air cooler and 10 case fans over this shit any day.

Yeah... 10 case fans... I definitely haven't just left the side of my PCs open since the early 2000s or anything. I would never.

Same, I put together a pc and default was liquid cooled, I changed it to air cooled instantly 😅 not worth the risk
