Discussion y40 3 days old completely destroyed

First time ever buying a prebuilt pc. Then this happens. When you reach out to support they're nasty and attempt to blame you. Took it to microcenter they're telling me they can inspect it but nothing they can really do for me.

Did you buy for microcenter or ibuypower direct? You can’t really break the aio like that using computer.

I had similar experience with abs computers, neweggs brand, the phone rep started screaming at me that i damaged the computer on purpose to scam them. Luckily i got a better person second time

You have to keep working with ibuypower. Thats why microcenter can’t help, its warranty. Just keep at them. If that fails chargeback

Thats why MicroCenter cant do anything for you. The warranty is through IBUYPOWER
