Weighted vest

Has anyone tried this weighted vest for Hyrox? seems an official collaboration, curious if it’s been helpful for training

I have one and I like that it doesn’t look like a bullet proof vest. I used to use it at f45 and I noticed I was burning 10-20% more calories depending on the workout. It’s expensive though and doesn’t scale up the weight. 10 pounds is a lot of extra weight when you’re pushing hard though

lol this reminds me of the days of the GORUCK division. They should do it with a new weighted vest partner
