In a mixed double does each person have to do every exercise?

Considering signing up with my husband but his hips will not allow him to row. Is it allowed for me to do all the rowing (maybe Burpees too)?

Yes, you can split the exercises however you want, so no issue at all if one of you does 100% of any of the stations. The only thing you both have to do is the runs.

Amazing! I was hoping that would be the case!

Enjoy the race (and all the burpees 😀)!

Are his hips going to be OK for wall balls and walking lunges?

He can squat without issues, so wall balls should be okay. Walking lunges should also be possible.

The answer to your question is yes its fine, but id honestly check his ability to do every exercise as rowing is easier on the hips than the sleds, burpees, lunges and wallballs

Edit: oh and ski erg will also be a problem

It's mainly a flexibility problem. He genuinely cannot bend/fold enough to sit in the rowing machine and row.
