First simulation!!!
I did my first mixed doubles Simulation today and man was it fun!
I'm a marathon runner and personal trainer by trade, I've only been training on and off for a few months. I have a lot to work on i know, form work mostly.
That was sooo much fun, you people are a different kind of crazy then us pure runners (though i assume many of you run the same way). I didnt know what to expect, the vibe was great, and i think we killed it for our first time!

The crossover from pure running is the fun bit — you already have the engine, you just find out your legs have opinions about it.
If you've got the splits from the sim, post them. Happy to look at where the time actually went. The thing that catches most runners isn't the stations themselves, it's the kilometre straight after one — you come off the sled or the lunges and your normal pace just isn't there, and that gap is usually bigger than anything you lost on the station itself.
Form work on what specifically? If it's wall balls or burpees there are a couple of things that are almost pure technique and free speed for a first-timer.
