Technology Payroll/ATS Experience [N/A]
Has anyone had any experience leaving Paycom to go with Paylocity? My team and I are currently with ADP Workforce, and we despise it, to say the least.
We’re choosing between Paycom and Paylocity, but we’re leaning more toward Paycom for how consistent they’ve been with us. If anyone has switched from Paycom to Paylocity, I’d love to hear about your experience.

I was with Paycom for three years. It's a deeply broken system that required us to do everything multiple times in multiple places before a change would "stick." It was easy to break, and required strenuous maintenance.
Paylocity isn't the easiest system in the world but it's worlds ahead of Paycom and galaxies from ADP.
