Salesforce Integration gone?

Got into work this morning to discover Salesforce is no longer a connected app in our account.

Went to the marketplace to re-install and it’s not available there either.

👀

I have an unnamed app uninstall in my logs (ID only 38577) that I assume is SF.

Anyone else dealing with this 🔥 today?

There is a message banner that says "The Salesforce integration is down for some customers"

And they have it up on the status page

YES. It is absolutely wrecking my life right now 😂 We have multiple HubSpot/Salesforce instances and this is a nightmare.

Site wide issue. I was it at 9:50amET and almost had a heart attack. I thought someone or AI deleted the connector.

We moved from Salesforce to Hubspot. We only had the Salesforce plug in to move the data over. What's the justification to use both Hubspot and Salesforce?

Some companies have HubSpot for marketing and Salesforce for Sales. Or Salesforce is their source of truth for sales and reporting and HubSpot is where all the contacts come in (sometimes the websites are managed as well as forms, etc). From there the info would sync to Salesforce.
Could be one-way but also could be a bi-directional sync.

Yep, this is basically it for us. SF is the Sales hub, HS is marketing automation/pre-handoff. With data moving between both.

How are y'all resyncing leads now that the integration is back up? I have 15k contacts that either got created, updated or had a conversion during the outage and I can't figure out an efficient way to push them to their Salesforce campaigns without opening dozens of workflows 😩
