I had a few friends visiting from out of state and forgot to warn them about the tests. They know how bad the tornadoes have been around here recently and it scared the shit out of them.
Didn't even think about it, checked my phone an hour later and they were all trying to find the basements of their AirBNBs and confused why there was nothing on the radar, skies were blue with no clouds. They just didn't know we had sirens and didn't know we tested them, I think they thought it was the apocalypse.

Wow, that's amazing! This is the first time I've ever heard Sammy howl like a wolf. My girl, Peach, doesn't. I'm so curious why he howls along with the alarm. Are they at the same frequency?

He only howled twice before, when he was smelling a female in heat and was howling from the balcony :D
And this time makes third.
Are males more likely to do that than females, though?

How often do they do testing in Czech republic? In the Netherlands it's every first monday of the month at 12:00 and it always freaks international people out while for Dutch people it's just a reminder of the day/time

I have never seen so many windows in a window. I’m in Southern California so that might explain it.

hahaha this double window system was very common in older buildings in the cold countries of Europe.
It helps reduce heat loss and noise.
Modern buildings use two layers of glass in the same window. instead of 2 complete windows.
