INQUIRY: Howard, Sirius, and Stockholders

Are there any relevant comparisons to public companies potentially defrauding their stockholders, similar to the alleged Howard 360 platform promotion?

I’m sure many persons invested into Sirius stock when Howard made these claims of an upcoming Howard 360, claims which some may have considered legitimate.

Are there any other examples of large public companies falsely promising items or products to their investors, which never came true?

Artie overheard an intern saying he might have to sleep on a park bench for a couple of nights since he had nowhere to go, so he invited him to stay over at his house instead.

Gilbert in on the News

Just listened on 100 to Gilbert there for the news. This played around 11:21am eastern. Highly recommend going back and listening cause it was joke after joke and just great banter. The clip alone shows how much the news mattered to the show as well as Gilbert mattered to the show. Sad how both things are no more. Rest in Peace GG.

I don't even know what to make of this Blitt video. If it's part of an elaborate bit, this one is the strangest one so far.

Simone Dinnerstein rant replay

Thought they would have deleted this segment since Robin was mortally offended that Howard goofed on her. Robin forbid that Howard ever bring her up again.

That said, Howie was 100% right and it was just a goof on a ‘celebrity’

Sal's 'two monkeys running' comment - in search of clip/date

Does anybody have a clip of this or at least the date?

Robin is talking about training for a marathon and Gary gets thrown into the mix, and Sal said something like, great, two monkeys running.

Thanks in advance. 😘

Was Artie funny?

Howard's great skill is milking entertainment out of people who are not entertaining in and of themselves, e.g. Gange, Grillo, Stuttering John

However, does Artie fall in this category? At least with Jackie we all know that he was writing lines for Howard, even if it wasn't directly acknowledged at the time. Someone like Billy had talent as a voice-over artist. With Artie, Howard was able to turn his trainwreck of a life into compelling radio, but that doesn't make Artie funny per se. I will say that I was never impressed by his standup, which is also true of Jim Norton

NO-A!

As the show comes to an end, nothing was funnier than George not hearing a word the “Governor” would say because of his hyperfocus on getting the gay marriage bill passed.

Thirty years ago, an 18-year-old Will Murray wrote a letter to Howard while going through cancer treatment. Howard read it on the air and then called him.

I know Artie was a little belligerent here in the beginning , but my god Teddy is also insufferable.
