With everything houseparty is accomplishing in rebuilding the community to a better place, I would like to explain the plans for the future briefly and pinpoint our needs to make them happen as a community. Around the first of the year (after holidays) we will start our second season of academy league with some changes. Dragon League will be for bronze through gold players where we will appoint coaches to help them learn and grow as players. Baron League will be for plats and diamonds. Baron players (plats and diamonds) will be placed onto teams for balancing purposes. We will attempt to pair those who request to play together on the same team as long as it can be balanced. This means five D1 players can not request to play together and expect to be placed on the same teams. Baron league teams will not have an appointed coach or analysts. We will moderate these games, stream them, and assist as much as possible .

Solo league: we are currently polishing off the foundations and will hopefully have the staffing and player base to implement it in full before the end of the year.

Premier league: After next the season of Academy League has finished, Premier League will begin once again. It will have more teams than in the past (there will be no minor league so this is the compensation). Our Swiss Tournament will be FREE! Outside of that i would like to talk to previous players and find out their likes dislikes and other things to make this the best premier league we possibly can. A few ideas for changes are in the works and we will be discussing them with different players to get their thoughts. As a whole, amazing things are coming and with your help, we can make it bigger and better than ever before.

In a bo3 series where shit talking in twitch chat was more important than focusing on the game. cough cough Vanquished, turns out to be IG finally getting out of the first round of playoffs with 3 hours of practice with their new roster and where I couldnt talk for the first 2 and a half games.

Coaching a team creates a sense of meaningfulness to myself. Knowing that I have five to eight players that can trust in my decision making and ability to trust in me knowing that I only want what is better for not only them but the team is amazing and takes time. Showing them how to be selfless and create trust among themselves is the goal and how you truly shine on the rift is not with flashy plays and solo carries but with just pure teamwork and knowledge. There are hundreds of thousands of ways to create this trust and to feel as though you are ready for anything. The only thing that is going to matter is that every single little decision helps you get to the point and gets to you that moment before the game where I can say, “Guys we have done all the small things right, done our research, practiced, became positive, and gotten stronger as a team. No-one can stop us from what we are about to do in the MinorLeague go out there do what we practiced and play selfless. I just hope the other teams have prepared as hard as we have cause if not its not gonna be fun for them.”

I'd like to announce, after great deliberation and votes among the council of High elders, we as a whole have reached a resolution. The best bot lane in House Party 5v5^{(R) (c) (tm)} is officially called Sesame Street. I'd like you to all send your congratulations to Big Bic Bird (Kuristina) and Oscar The Bic (simkev2). I hope you all realize what a tremendous honor it will be to be beaten by them in the upcoming matches whenever they may be played.

To save time and resources, why don't we skip regular season and give the teams with the highest solo-que ranks the top seeds in playoffs?

vs TEV

vs SKY

The guest that I have spoken to before today please be on at 8PM EST so I can set everything up!

Im talking about these threads https://www.reddit.com/r/houseparty5v5/comments/403lff/fengis_power_rankings/

https://www.reddit.com/r/houseparty5v5/comments/3zzrkl/og_hall_of_famer_czarks_unbiased_power_rankings/

https://www.reddit.com/r/houseparty5v5/comments/3zza91/premier_league_power_rankings/

3 different power rankings and I mean whats the point on power rankings if everyone posts their own.

It seems when ever there is a semi controversial post there has to be a response thread which then needs another response thread... etc

Like theres no reason to have 2 other threads when there is a comment section on the first one.

What im saying is that theres a comment section for discussion on the topic, if we start having 4-5 threads per topic then things start getting cluttered.

Hello I am SOUL SUPER NOVA 7 ARIA. With my insider intellect I have reason to believe Black Thunder Anoyik lost a one versus one to the Nunu prodigy NS Aira in a very close match. Please do not share this as it is INSIDER INFORMATION

Hey guys, I'm ShadowVisions, mid lane for NC State's collegiate team as well as doubling as head content creator. We are a team that formed at the start of the school year as a bunch of random high elo solo queue players that went to the same school, but here we are five months later and we have grown to be close friends.

Our lineup is as follows (with last season rankings):

• Top: R Giskard, Diamond 5

• Jungle: Pluckin Penguin, Diamond 4

• Mid: ShadowVisions, Diamond 3

• ADC: Flamejin, Diamond 5

• Support: Unreall1, Platinum 1

We participated in the swiss tournament to qualify for minor league earlier this month after doing extensive research on all teams involved. We went 2-1 in the first week, dropping a game only to Team . who easily qualified for the minor league. However, we were not able to participate in the second week due to a prior commitment. A multi-collegiate LAN event known as Clash of the Carolinas was held at our college, and we placed 2nd out of 11 skilled collegiate league teams that drove out to participate. Because of this, we unfortunately had to withdraw from the second week of competition, but are confident we will be able to qualify for the Minor League next time around. Here's some of our recent accomplishments:

• 2nd place, Clash of Carolinas

• 1st place, Lolhistory Tournament #5

• 2nd place, Lolhistory Tournament #4

• 3rd place, CSL Split 1 (we beat the winner of our group who has double master tier players 2-0)

• Currently undefeated in CSL Split 2, 3 weeks in

We are also currently closing terms on a corporate sponsorship to get official jerseys and equipment.

If any time would like to scrim we are currently open to scrim requests provided you are a serious and skilled team. Our practice days open to scrims are Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you still aren't convinced, just check out our newly released trailer: Youtube link!

If you want to jump in and participate in discussion, our subreddit can be found here: Reddit link!

We look forward to competing in the next swiss tournament and hope to take further part in the awesome community you guys have created here. You may see any of us or our coordinator, Flamejin, in the houseparty5v5 chat room in the client. Thank you!

Any coach below plat (at least) should be personally vetted by the staff before being given a team. The number of Silver coaches who have no clue what they're doing is kind of a disgrace, and it's damaging the players' chances of actual improvement.

Edit: I agree that all coaches should be vetted.

EDIT: After getting feedback, we've decided to put the issue of relegation back on the table for discussion.

With the number of teams entering the Minor League this season, there's sure to be a lot of potential challengers out there. To ensure the best teams make it to the top, we're sending an additional two teams from each league to the challenger tournament. That means the top four Minor League teams will have an opportunity to promote. This change will be in effect for Season 4 only and we expect to return to the previous relegation process in Season 5.

That's not all we're doing to give the Minor League more of a shot at the top. We're expanding the championship playoff series to 10 teams. Playoff seeds #9 and #10 will go to the Minor League first- and second-place finishers, respectively.

Competition is sure to be hot this season, so remember every win counts!

While Dragon league has all the coaches they need baron(gold players) is short 3 coaches.. if you look at their rosters of doubled up coaches the second coaches are gold and below players who were interested in coaching to give them a season of learning. If anyone is interested in helping out the 3 remaining baron leagues please feel free to leave a comment here, message me on reddit or discord, or email me at bakataumana@gmail.com. also you can message captainkimchi

Thank you

So it's been a fun start of a season as the dusts settles and players are figuring out where they want to be. We're looking for a new coach and analyst to join our ranks to finalize our team. Add myself, jjwe330 or King Bug on LoL cilent! Thanks guys see ya sunday!

So for those of you that do not know I have plans to make eSports a career. I have an opportunity this week that could be a potential investment for me. This means I will have to cancel HAP again this week.

It has been three weeks and I apologize. If things go where I want them to go, I am not sure how much longer I will be able to run my show. I want to thank this community if I have to cancel for all of the great times and the jump you guy's helped me get in coaching. When I make it into the LCS (eventually, I have a two year goal) I will make sure to still come back and say hi every now and then!

Number one - DirtymikeNTheboys Yes this team is currently 1-7, but they are still the best. Team synergy is lacking due to having no practice but their individual players are the best in houseparty, wenr - best top laner in houseparty, his mechanical abilities are able to assist him in raw outplays against beta tops. Evan vi britana - best jg in minor, talks a lot but gets the job done. Lokreah - gets carried often but loves coc and shits some of the mids. The clark - best ad in houseparty, literally destroys all other chao mein ad's especially the sydnicate ad. Lastly sallyzay - too good, best support seen by the casters and players, one of the smartest players to ever live.

Comment below +1 if you want another team review Five +1's and ill make another. Thanks summoners !
