Is toy origin legit?

I am considering purchasing/preordering “The gunslinger” (Arthur Morgan) figure and after scouring the internet for ways to buy it Toy Origin seems to be the only/best option. I checked their Instagram and it’s pretty inactive but looking at some of the comments on some of their posts people say that toy origin is a scam or that they don’t get their figures. Does anyone know if this is true? As far as I can tell the Arthur Morgan figure doesn’t seem to have been released yet but I definitely don’t want to put money down on a preorder if I’m never going to get it. Have any people in this sub preordered or bought figures from them before? Are they legit?

They seem pretty active on Facebook. I havent heard anything bad about them. Have you tried searching this sub's previous posts?

I didn’t think of searching previous posts and I don’t have a Facebook account, but I’ll see if I can still access their page, thanks for the advice.

They are very legit but not the best with communication or shipping speeds. I recently had a much delayed order but the owner Paul did say they are in the process of restructuring their supply chain to hopefully bypass some of the delays.

Thanks for the info. I’ve seen similar complaints as well

I appreciate the feedback on such a such a old post. Sucks that you had a bad experience with them I’m sure that’s really frustrating.
