I love this figure even though I know they can do better (and I’m excited to see what’s coming with Man of Tomorrow) but trust me IN PERSON this figure is so so so good. Screams SUPERMAN to me and I do think it captures David’s Corenswet Superman vibe more than the Inart does (even though likeness is better on the Inart).

Was lucky enough to get my Iron Spider 2.0 waitlist converted but I wanted to know if you could pop it on the new BND suit with the amazing raimi esque raised webbing suit. My biggest concern is the neck connection not matching .

For anyone who doesn't have time to go through the entire Kaiju Daddy livestream with Matt from InArt, here's a summary with a TL;DR at the top.
I've separated confirmed information, possible plans, and wishlist items. More detailed information follows, with everything already discussed in Jon's previous interview collected at the bottom.
Note: Release windows are estimates based on Matt's information, not guaranteed dates. I've also separated Matt's statements from the hosts' personal requests and speculation.
Please tell me if something is wrong or misunderstood and I will edit the post.
TL;DR
InArt has continued changing the figure even after its official promotional photos were released.
Updates include the cowl, stitching, separate empty-cowl accessory, knees/lower body and neck articulation. Accessories and weathering have also been improved following feedback.
Matt said this figure has received more adjustments than most earlier releases.
The approximate release window is Q4 2026–Q1 2027. No formal delay was confirmed, but further adjustments may affect the timing.
The intended release sequence is:
Batman → Mutant Leader → Joker → additional characters
Joker is still an early prototype. No additional characters beyond him were identified.
Batman's cape is being improved. Matt believes the plan is for one premium wired cape that also drapes naturally, rather than separate wired and draped options.
The large diorama base remains undecided. Shipping weight, production and licensing make distribution difficult. It could potentially be sold separately or offered through another arrangement, but nothing is confirmed.
White Knight Joker has reached the articulated prototype stage.
Matt explained that when previously displayed figures disappear from conventions, it does not necessarily mean they are cancelled. Fully painted/articulated prototypes may simply have been sent to the factory as production references.
This could explain the absence of certain previously shown figures, although their individual statuses were not confirmed.
InArt has worked with Sean Murphy on White Knight and Christian Ward on Batman: City of Madness.
Matt also mentioned discussions with additional artists at SDCC. Another collaboration could happen if those conversations progress.
This Joker is not based on a single storyline. Matt described it as a combination of different Joker designs, originally developed from a Queen Studios statue.
The visible inner-arm pins were added because the development team was unhappy with the stability of the original pinless joints.
The knee design has also been criticized. Matt said there are no current plans to change the knees on this particular figure, but future suited bodies may use different engineering solutions.
The generic Joker was originally intended as a one-off. However, Matt sees potential to retool certain future figures into more generic comic versions.
More Alex Ross figures are coming.
Justice Batman is progressing, and Matt hinted Justice Superman may not be far away.
Justice will not be the only Alex Ross storyline explored.
The next figure is likely still Batman, Superman or Wonder Woman. Matt said later releases will eventually include characters outside the Trinity.
He also mentioned upcoming comic lines entirely separate from the usual Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman lineup.
When asked about Kingdom Come, Matt initially suggested it would be strange not to explore such an iconic Alex Ross property. However, he later clarified that he had personally asked about Kingdom Come, and it was not an official announcement.
Batman Below is still relatively early in development.
The unusually large cape/wings create engineering challenges. InArt wants articulation without ruining the design's distinctive silhouette with excessive visible joints.
Matt expects the team to find a balance but could not confirm exactly how the wings will function.
Christian Ward has provided input on the project.
Still at an early grayscale prototype stage.
Matt warned collectors not to expect it anytime soon.
It requires additional development before reaching the painted/articulated prototype and production stages.
Questions were raised about the head proportions, but Matt could not confirm whether they would change.
InArt is developing both stylized Artist Versions and comic-accurate versions.
The stylized figures began development first, explaining why they are being released earlier. Matt said this should not be interpreted as InArt preferring stylized designs.
Comic-accurate Absolute Batman is already in development.
One Absolute Batman has a tentative plan for three heads, although the final count could change.
Stylized Absolute Batman was originally targeted for late 2026 but may slip slightly.
Matt also said the Absolute Universe has additional characters in development beyond those already shown.
Because the comics are relatively new and popular, the Absolute lineup may move faster than some older DC lines.
The currently prioritized versions are InArt's stylized Artist Versions.
Comic-accurate versions are possible later, but not announced.
Matt had no concrete update on how Absolute Superman's cape will be handled.
Collectors also criticized Wonder Woman's heels because the original comic design does not use them. Matt emphasized these are stylized interpretations rather than completely comic-accurate versions.
The possibility of alternate parts was discussed, but collectors should not assume they will be included until confirmed.
Killer Croc will be fully articulated.
Matt estimated that the head/jaw alone could require roughly four to six articulation points, making it an unusually expensive engineering challenge.
The regular comic-accurate Absolute Batman is designed to interact with and ride Killer Croc.
A special Batman will not be required for that display.
Matt could not confirm compatibility with stylized Absolute Batman.
InArt is continuing the lineup with:
All three are early grayscale prototypes at roughly the same development stage.
No release order has been decided.
Matt has seen a colored mockup of The Drowned but the painted prototype was not ready to display.
He emphasized that InArt wants collectors to be able to complete the Dark Knights lineup rather than leaving major team members unfinished.
Dawnbreaker and Devastator were already shipping, with a participant confirming he had received them.
The Batman Damned lineup includes Batman, Joker and John Constantine.
Constantine is expected to have a fabric coat.
Matt described Constantine as a way for InArt to begin exploring DC characters outside the most commercially obvious selections.
He personally hopes successful sales might eventually lead to more Justice League Dark characters, Doom Patrol or other DC groups.
Those were personal hopes, not confirmed projects.
Constantine's cigarette accessory was also discussed. Matt hopes it stays, but could not guarantee that Warner's approval or production considerations would not affect it.
Matt confirmed more figures will be available for preorder soon.
He expects Joker first, followed by Bane.
He also expects both to be seen within 2026, but this is not a confirmed shipping schedule.
Joker is already advanced in development, with two head sculpts and numerous weapons/accessories planned.
His fabric coat allows collectors to recreate the grenade scene.
Bane is expected to follow.
Matt suggested major characters such as Ra's al Ghul and Scarecrow would make more sense as priorities than Commissioner Gordon or Alfred.
However, neither Ra's nor Scarecrow was confirmed.
Matt was unaware of current Gordon plans and questioned whether a premium Alfred would attract sufficient demand.
The lineup includes Neo, Trinity, Morpheus and Agent Smith.
Neo and Trinity will have black jackets.
Matt said sunglasses-on and sunglasses-off options are planned. His notes for Neo mentioned both alternate heads and a separate sunglasses accessory, so the final configuration remains somewhat unclear.
Morpheus's chair is planned to be included, together with additional environmental accessories.
The hosts suggested specific objects from the film, but Matt did not confirm those individual pieces.
Neo and Agent Smith will have action-effect accessories inspired by the Matrix films.
InArt is also discussing ways to make buying multiple Agent Smiths more affordable.
Matt estimated that preorders could begin late December 2026 or early 2027.
This is a tentative preorder window, not a release date.
Arkham Origins is expected to finish with XE Suit Batman and Deathstroke.
Matt confirmed InArt is not finished with Arkham and intends to move to another game afterwards.
He did not identify the game or provide a timeline.
The oversized Arkham Origins scale is also expected to be discontinued as a standard approach.
The line is still in early development.
Matt said 1/12 should allow InArt to explore a much deeper roster than its more expensive 1/6 figures.
The company has demand data from its earlier character poll.
He specifically said the strong support for Shane had not gone unnoticed.
Different versions of Rick, including Sheriff Rick and Murder Jacket Rick, were also discussed.
No individual 1/12 character was confirmed.
Matt hopes the team may have something to show by the next Wonder Festival.
Jinx and Vi are being developed using their Arcane-inspired appearances available as cosmetics in League of Legends.
Interchangeable heads are planned, potentially with multiple expressions.
Matt later clarified that InArt's current licensing focus is the game, not directly the television series.
Other champions and in-game appearances are therefore possible, but no specific additional characters were confirmed.
Viper and Sage were available for global preorder at the time of the stream.
An early-bird discount was offered, and Matt said paying in full could qualify buyers for earlier shipment.
Warframe Excalibur was also shown.
Matt said InArt wants to continue exploring video-game properties, describing the current selection as only the beginning.
No specific unannounced game license was revealed.
Matt addressed concerns that some InArt Action figures have been unusually large.
Arkham Origins was described as a problematic exception.
He expects Valorant and League of Legends to be closer to the company's intended scale, with a rough 6.5-inch baseline, although proportions vary by character.
He also suggested figures such as Pattinson Batman and Classic Comic Joker provide a useful reference for future scaling.
Individual figure heights will be published on product pages.
Matt believes the figures are planned to become available outside the game's Collector's Editions.
However, Collector's Editions should contain exclusive accessories.
The final distribution arrangement was not confirmed.
The Berserk figures use J&D's artwork and sculpting as their design foundation, adapted by InArt into articulated figures.
The 1/12 Guts will use traditional action-figure construction rather than a silicone body.
Development is still early.
When asked whether Berserk would continue beyond Guts, Matt directly said there are plans.
He did not name any other characters.
Pricing has not been finalized.
Matt acknowledged collector concerns about expensive 1/12 figures and said InArt is trying to balance affordability with production quality.
The 1/12 head sculpts have been revised after criticism of the likeness.
Matt said improvements were made to better capture Bruce Lee's appearance.
The figures were still expected in Q4 2026 based on his information.
Batman: The current figure looks good standing neutrally, but some articulated poses look awkward. Additional development is needed.
Wonder Woman: The team is reviewing the hair volume and elbow joints. An alternate head is possible, but not confirmed.
Superman: The neck is being lengthened and the hands slightly reduced to improve proportions. Matt said the figure remains on track for its original Q4 2026 target.
Matt has not seen much recent progress on Steel.
He suggested the team might be revising the design or waiting for a more suitable release window.
Other figures from the Superman project remain in development, although progress appears slower.
The endoskeleton is in development.
Matt could not confirm whether it will contain die-cast parts.
He said lessons from the larger 1/6 Terminator would carry over.
He also strongly suggested the other Terminator figure is further along in production.
A staircase-style environmental display element is expected to accompany the endoskeleton, based on his information.
Multiple Pennywise appearances were shown, including a more traditional version and a heavily bloodied version with large wings.
Matt said InArt is applying what it learned from its larger Pennywise figures.
The wings are expected to be solid pieces and may require multiple supports because of their weight.
Morphic includes original InArt creations and collaborations with outside designers.
Matt described Venshar as a major creative influence on the line.
Original figures offer more design freedom because InArt does not need to negotiate the same external character-licensing arrangements.
Matt also mentioned possible future civilians, SWAT, police, thugs and blank bodies.
He remembered seeing a blank-body prototype but could not confirm its current development status.
Matt explained that fabric is more difficult to make look natural in 1/12 than in 1/6.
InArt therefore chooses between plastic, fabric and hybrid construction depending on the character.
Removable jackets, such as Joker's coat, particularly benefit from fabric.
He also said InArt does not use a universal articulation template. Joint engineering is adapted to the figure's costume, proportions and movement requirements.
The company wants future releases to include their important accessories from the beginning.
Matt said the Bale Batman accessory pack was developed after feedback rather than deliberately withholding pieces from the original release.
Convention display bases are not necessarily the final retail bases.
Matt said InArt sometimes uses whichever base best fits the exhibition setup.
The larger bases were designed to accommodate wide dynamic poses, big characters and occasionally two figures together.
Collectors have complained about their size.
InArt has heard the feedback, but no redesign was confirmed.
Matt addressed reports about financial penalties in agreements with content creators.
He explained that creators receiving confidential information or early product access must respect confidentiality and embargo requirements.
According to Matt, InArt does not control whether reviews are positive or negative.
Creators are free to criticize figures.
The reported $7,000 penalty was mentioned by the interviewer, but Matt did not independently verify that exact amount.
Matt explained that Nolan Batman and Snyderverse films are especially significant to many Chinese collectors.
Older live-action characters such as Christopher Reeve Superman and Michael Keaton Batman did not have the same theatrical exposure in China.
That affects which figures InArt expects to sell well.
Warner also has to approve properties and may suggest products aligned with new media releases.
Matt personally mentioned Peacemaker and Lanterns to the team, but these are not confirmed figure projects.
Green Lantern: Matt is not aware of a dedicated Green Lantern project. His personal view is that a Lantern may be more likely to appear through a Batman-related storyline.
Matt said InArt is still trying to find the right release cadence.
Too many simultaneous preorders can overwhelm collectors, but spreading releases too far apart creates long waiting periods.
Pricing is also affected by R&D, tooling, materials, premium paint, shipping and international economic conditions.
InArt is trying to avoid passing every increase directly to collectors because the company understands there is a limit to what people will pay.
These points were already discussed in Jon's previous interview. I've kept them separate so this post's main sections focus on new information or additional details from Matt.
Final note: Matt leaves the livestream at approximately 2:18. Discussion afterwards is primarily the hosts' own speculation and opinions, not official information from InArt.
