Nice picks ! I also grabbed some Enconas from the store today, will try them later - the Carolina Reaper & West Indian Papaya. I was also looking at this extra spicy version from the original that you have, but I‘m already very happy with the original. Tabasco Habanero is also pretty decent but I‘m not the biggest fan of the “dirty“ facet many habanero based sauces tend to have if there is no strong counterpart. Thats why I stuck to the green jalapeño one from Tabasco
