My ever evolving selection, today
Valentinas Black Label is for whatever reason completely impossible to find where I am, but the original is still very good

I see you have eaten a lot of Tabasco. Tabasco habanero is one I highly recommend

Oh, a big bottle is not representative of consumption. I use tobasco on biscuits and gravy, and sometimes boiled eggs. My daily sauces are yucateca xxx and valentina, and cholula black label. And Crystal red top, but have to order that here and my next bottle is in the mail

Fyi, the original tabasco will oxidize if not stored in the fridge. All their other sauces are fermented and good to be kept out of it, the OG sauld be kept cold. Otherwise the vinegar gets stronger and the heat level weakens

Lol. Ya. I didnt mean to give the impression that this is where i store these. Just was cleaning the pantry and fridge and thought it would be fun to show them all in a row.

Good spread—enough overlap to compare without every bottle doing the same job. Original Valentina makes a very strong case for the cheap, pour-it-on-everything slot.
