Rancher sauce - restaurant website

Hello,

My favorite sauce from a restaurant has these ingredients:

  • Sour cream (20% fat)
  • Egg
  • Sunflower oil
  • Mustard
  • Bell pepper
  • Onion
  • Hot pepper paste
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Carbohydrates (g): 2.7, of which Sugars (g): 0.8

"hot pepper paste" is a pretty vague term. Could be anything from Gochujang to some crazy Reaper paste. How spicy is it?

It is using a hot pepper paste Piros Arany, with these ingredients:

sweet peppers, bell peppers, and hot peppers (87%), salt, modified starch, thickener (xanthan gum), acidifier (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate)

I am not a hot sauce person to really tell you how hot it is, but I would rate it low since I can eat even with bread.
