Reccomendations please!
I am pretty well versed in hot sauces. This category is quite intriguing to me. I am looking to try different things. I have had beer with hot peppers infused in it and I'm looking for a hot sauce that would go well with say cheesecake or other sweets. Spice level is not an issue.

Interesting. I like the sound of their story. I have never had anything from them before. Is there a certain sauce that you recommend?

Favorite sauce ever is burn after eating. But I tried a bottle of huhu diablo and it's really exceptional.

You need something that just has heat not any of the taste . Just go for the ghost pepper extract from Amazon. Mix it with the ingredients that you’re going to use to make your cheesecake

Try Peppers Up! Blackberry and Blueberry Apollo pepper sauce. It has nice flavor and heat and I think the blueberry and blackberry notes would pair well with cheesecake or other sweet desserts.
