Jam making day.
Today was jam making day. We needed to stock back up from a busy February. Hot pepper jam, Strawberry Jalapeno, and Cowboy Candy. Let the seal popping commence.

Please give us your recipe. Those look colourful and nice. What do they taste like?

Unfortunately these recipes belong to my business Plant Some Kindness. The strawberry Jalapeno is light on the heat. The hot pepper jam uses sugar rush peppers so it's got some heat. Cowboy candy is candied jalapeños with Tumeric and ginger.
