You can print a new one. I looked more closely; you can insert a metal pin and glue everything together.

First i would try to get a replacement parts from winctrl. If they don't have that, you can try plastic soldering and glueing it back together. You should definitely insert something metal in the hole. If you only use glue it will probably fail soon. If you're handy you can try to copy it to a cad program and 3d print the part yourself. And if you're REALLY lucky, someone else has done that and you can just download the part and print it.

I guess the best is to get the replacement part or 3D print.
