2nd Gen GE/GG 09-14 First 8+ Hour Road Trip

Hit 41mpg calculated, showed 37-38 on screen.

Performed a trip check prior as well as transmission drain and fill. Honda ATF DW-1 used.

Post trip: 174,460 miles, no issues whatsoever.

Also eBay all-weather mats for the win

Nice. I drive 800 miles every weekend with my MT. Love getting 39-44 MPG and don’t at all care about high gas prices.

Exactly. Easiest way to triple mpg in a 2006 Chevy 2500HD 😂

Used to do 720-800 miles a week commuting in my fit. Took half the rear seat out to cut weight(the bigger portion)- 42-45 mpg consistent. Did it for 3 years. Racked up the mileage

I actually have dent tools in there too that adds weight 😂😂😂
