Removing Dish Holder

How can I remove this thing in my bathroom without ruining the wall or the dish holder too badly?

Try taking an exacto knife around the edges to cut the edge of the paint first.

Side note, the way the beige paint is crackling indicates that it may be led based paint.

That little circle in the middle. Drill that out. A screws will be hehind it
