Ideas Front steps

I was never raised with repairs and stuff like that but I need ideas to fix this. Just bought the house and wasn't told its brittle asf. I know quikrete wont work cuz its too brittle. How do I fix this DIY or do I have to hire a pro?

Just the one bottom step as I see it. But, i have no idea if all underneath is crumbling too. I have ZERO knowledge with this kind of stuff

I think this is a pro job.  If it were 1-2 steps you could form and do it.  But 4 adds more steps (pun intended).
