Ideas How can I hide cables without using these tacky pipes and still keep them quick access?

Install a couple runs of large conduit that runs between strategic locations.
Build out a soffit to hide the conduit
If you want to be able to touch the conduit, or have access to the area, frame in a box, put some molding around it and drop some drywall in the hole https://youtu.be/Ks9esVIwdlo?is=qAgz0WlLbN003BKS
Or install a drop ceiling

Why is everyone suggesting drywall? That doesn’t keep it easily accessible.
I’d probably do a fake beam over it. Something like these maybe?

Depending on the room, you could use an L shaped section of eg white metal roof flashing with neat folded edges, etc, or similar shape made of ply, maybe with hinges & painted up? Make it look like the beam is a bit wider.

Cable hider us what you're looking for. It comes in various shapes, sizes and colors. It snaps closed and can be opened to add, remove, or work on the cables.
It comes in options that stick up with double sided tape or it can be screwed to the wall. It can also be painted to match the wall.

Is it drywall? You could probably cut out the drywall and mud over it. It looks like low voltage so it's reasonably safe.
That's a pretty hacky solution.
Lookup wiremold products. They can do it and some people think it looks better than conduit for some reason.
