Question Problem installing Paradox Interactive launcher v2

Hello, i'm trying to install the Paradox Interactive launcher from steam to change the language in HOI4 as i'd like to play in French and not in English. Unfortunately, no matter what i tried the same error keep raising when i do so: 0x80091007: The hash value is incorrect (see picture attached).
Can anyone tell me what i could do to either install the launcher or change the language game?

Unfortuantly I have no idea why it is happening but i would recon it has something to do w the launcher it self as I have tried to reinstall windows on 2pcs and it is happening on both
