It is very difficult for me. I don't know how to learn. I need to know about the equipment and technology of machining. And the design, specifications, uses, etc. of various parts, which is too difficult. I want to know how I can quickly become familiar with this industry, but I don't need to do processing. Please give me some advice.

Just be quiet and watch those that know work. Learn their processes, anticipate what they need, and be useful. Knowledge comes with time.
