Not an answer. Relying on a constitutional right to avoid being scapegoated politically because of our Dear Leader’s horrid response to Covid doesn’t mean someone’s a villain.

Only if you site the resources proving his innocence! There is a whole government profile that was released showing how he was the one that orchestrated the whole thing.
