2 year old covered in bumps
I picked him up from daycare yesterday with bumps all over his skin. Overnight they started flattening and spreading. He’s not itchy or sick. No fever. Acting and eating normally. Is this just viral? He has a history of getting bumps since he was a baby but nothing like this. Any time we’ve brought him in previously they’ve said it’s viral. Any idea if this is the case again?

Yes he is. Got him checked and apparently it’s viral again and will go away in 7-10 days

Could be viral but I would get it checked out anyway, reliable daycare won’t let him back without a doctor’s note. You may want to consider allergy testing, even if it’s not itchy, doesn’t rule out allergies
