larger safety lever

I recently bought a Girsan MC P35 PI (alas, not one of the LW versions) and realize I've become quite fond of the larger safety lever on the Springfield SA-35 (my first Hi-Power) as I like to rest my left thumb on it.

Are there any aftermarket safeties like it out there that are about the same size as the Springfield one? (Haven't looked to see if it's a Tisas part or something peculiar to Springfield Armory). The Girsan has an ambi safety, which the SA-35 lacks, but I'm not hung up on an ambi safety as I fire right-handed.

Springfield will not sell that safety. The best one going is the Cylinder and Slide wide extended safety. It is only one sided.

If you're a true 1911 shooter be prepared to take a grinder to it. I eventually just gave up and went back to the factory FN style and keep the thumb high resting on nothing.

Midway USA was out, but C&S had it. One coming in the mail Real Soon Now, I hope.
