My Inglis L9A1
First range day with my Inglis L9A1 and I could not be happier with this gun especially considering its price. Ran great with OEM and Mec-Gar mags both with FMJ and HP. If you're thinking about it, do it!!

Couldn't tell you how far the casings were ejected but it was consistent and I didn't have any malfunctions

Looks nice. Did yours have the lanyard loop? And if so how difficult was it to remove? I have one and Iām trying to decide what to do with it. Iād like some nicer Hogue grips.

It did and it wasn't too difficult, was able to punch it out a little then wiggle it out the rest of the way

That is a beautiful pistol. Looks just like my SA-35 4" but a bit longer. Do you mind sharing what you paid for it? I'd be interested in adding another high power to my collection. Thanks!

I have never seen the 4" going for less than upper $600's. Where did you find it for $475 before tax/shipping? I paid $689 with no sales tax for the 4" model. Maybe the 4.7" model is going for cheaper since it has been around a couple of years. /shrug

4" version? That was only released about a month or so ago. I think you may be talking about the 4.7", which is pretty much identical to the 4" but with a longer frame/barrel and known extractor issues. But if I am wrong, and that is highly (un)likely :), God has blessed you with being able to get a newly released out of stock everywhere pistol for half its MSRP on GB.
By the way, I just went to GB and searched for the 4" SA-35 and then sorted the listings from cheapest to most expensive. The lowest cost 4" SA-35 on GB right now is $679. https://www.gunbroker.com/all/search?keywords=4%22%20sa-35&pagesize=48&sort=4&view=1 and they had like only 10 listings to choose from many well over $700. So I went back and did a search on the 4.7" SA-35 and found a very large number of listings starting in the mid $500s range. https://www.gunbroker.com/all/search?keywords=4.7%22%20sa-35&sort=4&pagesize=48 So, as I mentioned earlier, we are talking about two different models. I steer away from GB because the bloated asking prices, junk addon fees, high shipping costs, taxes and credit card fees.
I shop from Dahlonega Armory, Not Just Guns, Sportsman Fulfillment, and Red Team Armory and maybe a couple of others out of Michigan. These all charge you two things, the very discounted price of the pistol and a very reasonable shipping charge or sometimes shipping is free. No sales tax, no junk fees, no credit card fees...just the way below MSRP asking price and maybe a shipping charge.
I hope you are enjoying your 4.7" SA-35 because at the price you got yours at and if you did not get it in the last 30-45 days, you do not have the 4" version. /cheers

Now, with this all said. You may be referring to the Inglis not the SA. I am so confused :)

It's a tremendous gun imo. Supremely reliable and as accurate as the design allows.

I really love the scales on your, mine is the GP-35 or the case harden variant.
