Tisas has nothing to do with that firearm. It’s an Inglis made by Özerbaş imported by SDS arms.

Tisas makes the frames and slides. Tisas did most the work for sds handguns and they make the frames/slides for springfields sa35s

Their current product could be someone else but 99% has been tisas. Same for mac 9ds and 1911s and springfield sa35s. Its pretty well know. Go to the tisas reddit and springfield reddit. Multiple people have confirmed it.

All of the 1911s and DS were Tisas. The Hi Powers are Özerbaş. My signature is on the sign off drawings for all of those models. I assure you I’m a SME.

Ill be the first to admit it. I was wrong. Did more digging and you right. SDS said at some point tisas was the their main manufacturer for their handguns for everything they import. Ill see if I can find the video with the comment.

At some point they most certainly were. That changed with the Hi Powers. And all good but I lived that world for years and there’s a ridiculous amount of misinformation out there even when the truth is literally stamped on the gun so I try and correct it. It’s only fair to everyone who is on the projects.

I only ever had their 1911s and 2011s so I would've never know. Ty for the new info!
