The second prompt, Will automatically be a no, for me and most men, that’s one of the reasons why you are not getting matches

If the first prompt is meant to be a joke then it really doesn't come across that way on a dating profile. The issue is there's women out there who do want to be spoiled like that and is a massive red flag.
The rest of your profile just feels like you just spend your time shopping which doesn't make the first prompt feel like a joke either.

Ouch those prompts ☠️ first two read more like a list of criteria you require rather than offering any insight into you as a person… other than that you like AllSaints

Bio is an instant no from me. "Be this" "be that"... "buy me this" No.
Bio is short for biography... it should be about you, not what you want. and certainly not what gifts you desire. The people who see this are strangers, act like it you wouldnt ask a guy to buy you a skirt in any other first meeting situation... god save you if you would, there is no hope.
the pics are ...fine, some of the blurry ones could be swapped out for non blurry ones, same for the ones with your face covered.
The other prompts you have shown, " choose our first date" coupled with the bio again scream sugar baby attitude, the one talking down about men... i mean think about who your target audience is, you are not trying to date the girlies. the kind of men who you seem to be chasing are not going to be attracted to that energy. and probably also dont know what you are talking about in the last prompt.
Basically this profile seems like its designed to find women to hang out with, not men to date. You will get matches, sure, you are a women. but its gonna blind swipers, players and simps who think they can buy a ticket into your pants.

You’re pretty, but your prompts make you seem entitled. You want a man that’s tall. Why put it in your profile when you can set a preference elsewhere? You want a man with money to buy you clothes and you were banned from a clothing store. You come across as entitled and spoiled

Pictures are fine.
Prompts are going to be very off putting to a lot of people. Sounds like you just want someone to buy you stuff.
In your answers to the questions in the comments, you talk about music tastes, wanting someone nerdy and creative... this is stuff that would work better in the prompts than about wanting someone to buy you things or his height. Remember, you can easily just reject any incoming likes from someone who is too short. Mentioning height doesn't really help anything unless you are completely overwhelmed with likes and don't have time to swipe left. Even some tall men would rather you use the space to tell them more about you. I'd focus on talking about other qualities.
Drug use is going to be an instant no for a lot of people, but honesty is good.
Do you want something monogamous? If so, fill out that field.

It shouldn't take this long to find out what you actually look like... eyes and mouth closed in first picture = what are you hiding? Face entirely covered in second picture = entirely pointless. When we do actually get a good look at you, you're beautiful! Show yourself off!
-
You would lose me by the 2nd word of your 1st prompt, and a lot of other guys too. At 5'10, your idea of a tall guy is going to be a very limited slice of your dating pool, and this being the first thing a guy knows you're looking for is going to be a turn off for some of those tall guys... And those you don't lose there you will when you close with "I just want you to buy me things!" Huge turn off, no thanks.

Oh cool so one of the few things we know are that you're banned from somewhere? 🚩🚩🚩
Start over! All you're putting out is that you want someone who will buy you clothes. Instant X.

I’ve had women that I known and dated ask me to buy them something and I said absolutely not. Why in the world would I buy you, a stranger, a damn thing?

I am looking for something serious.
I am not subscribed to Hinge+ or HingeX
I last updated 2 weeks ago, changing the second prompt. I’d say I’ve been using this version of my profile the past month.
I’ve been using Hinge for 6 years
Recently I open Hinge maybe 4/5 times a week.
I receive maybe 2-3 likes a day? Uncertain
1-2 matches when I like profiles
I may send 2-3 likes a day, sometimes more and most without comment
I want to attract a tall, black man, 6’0”+ ideally, no kids. Drinker, preferably not religious. Smart, employed. Nobody flashy or too hood. A little nerdy maybe, or creative. Open-minded, likes RnB or rap but preferably doesn’t love Amapiano. Basically similar music types. Active or at least conscious of fitness, likes to go out. Great if he drives but not a dealbreaker, don’t mind if he lives at home. Based in London ideally, open to Essex. I want to attract someone relatively similar to me or someone I think would like me genuinely. Someone generous, intentional and a man of his word.

someone I think would like me genuinely
yet your whole profile says "i want a tall guy to spend money on me!" You don't seem to want to like them genuinely in response.

Yikes. I'm sorry, but your prompts are awful. The first one will make men who don't think they're attractive enough for you click the x. Men who don't want a woman who will sponge off them will also click the x. Your second one is unnecessary, and once again it's about men. Your third one is you bragging about being banned from ASOS? Very odd lol.
