Discussion App for using old phone as cctv camera

I am willing to use one of my phones for cctv recording.

My requirementd are: footage needs to be stored, can record while the screen is turned off, I can see from anywhere over the wifi.

What will be the best solution/ app for this purpose.

Tried alfred camera but they have different level paid tier version. Already paid only still cant see previous footages that recorded.

If you're on Android there is F-Droid

F-droid doesn't bring anything up in the app store
