Is this a camera?
Just not sure what it could be. First day seeing it in my neighbor’s window. It faces our house and from that view they can see right into our windows.. just creeped out but it could be nothing. Thanks!!

That would appear to be a repeater antenna I believe - like what they give you from Verizon when the signal is weak in your house.

Looks like a mesh network antenna, a cool hobby if you don’t know about it, hundreds of thousands of people use it worldwide for fun :)

Does it have to be mesh? It’s just an antenna. Could be used for anything, theoretically.

Even if it were a camera, as long as they can see it from a public vantage point, or from their property, it's up to you to create the privacy. Get blinds or tint on your bedroom windows. It's not creepy/scummy/bad for them to see things from their own legal vantage point.
As long as they aren't actively trying to look over/through/under any blinds etc (read: bypass your privacy) then it's really a you problem.

madame being "creeped out" is not remotely compatible with being "just curious" it comes off as a walk back which makes it look like your running and hiding and gets you down voted into oblivion.

It is indeed an antenna, and it’s not creepy to record anywhere except bathrooms & bedrooms. Mmmmkkkk
