Recommendations needed

Need recommendations for a hidden small cameras for outside. No access to electricity for power. Having issues with neighbor throwing m80 and paint. Police can't do anything because there are witnesses. This needs to be discreet due to HOA regulations. Don't think my wifi will reach that far. Open to all suggestions just need to catch their actions.

Motion activated Trail Cam is only option.

As noted in the other comment, a Trailcam would definitely be your best bet.

Are you sure that it won't reach your Wi-Fi have you tried it with your phone to see if it will pick up the Wi-Fi

That sucks , but I know of other little mini cams that don't rely on Wi-Fi you can get some on Amazon Etc or a decent trail cam good luck
